Pork Shanks - 600g

Pork shanks, similar to lamb shanks, are a cut from the lower part of the pig's leg, just above the hock. They are a tough but exceptionally flavorful cut, rich in connective tissue and bone, with a good amount of meat. Due to their robust nature, pork shanks are best suited for long, slow cooking methods like braising, stewing, or smoking, which render them incredibly tender and allow their rich flavor to develop fully
